The modern Akademie Hotel, attached to the Akademien für Kirche und Diakonie gGmbH (Academies of the Evangelical Church in Germany), has been welcoming customers of academies, business travellers and tourists since 1996. The hotel is situated on the park-like site of the Schönholzer Heide Foundation.
Adjoining the Akademie Hotel on the Foundation site are the restaurant and café Heide-Küche, a large multipurpose hall, the shop Heidelädchen, and a hairstyling and beauty salon.
The hotel has always cooperated with the Stephanus Werkstätten for building maintenance and housekeeping services. It is very important to us to be able to offer jobs to persons with disabilities or mental illness.
Our dedicated and expert hotel staff is committed first and foremost to the cordial and friendly reception and care of our hotel and conference guests during their stay.
